Digital Exchange: Workshop for common action
In 2024 Changemaker organizes a digital exchange with our partner organizations Changemaker Norway, Agera-volunteer network and Brot Für Die Welt Jugend.
The Digital Exchange is a possibility for all Changemaker members to meet with other youth from Changemaker’s partner organisations in Norway, Sweden and Germany. The Digital Exchange will be organized four times throughout the year with each organisation hosting one meeting. The second meeting will be organized by Changemaker Finland and will be held in a workshop format.
The goal for the Digital Exchange is to 1) first find some common advocacy themes, then 2) share ways and practices how our organizations have advocated/campaigned before and lastly to 3) find ways in which we could campaign together. This will be done in an online flipchart tool (Jamboard/Flinga etc) and the idea is to also have time for a lot of free discussion and brainstorming. Depending on the number of attendants we will also use breakout rooms.

17:30 introduction and getting to know each other.
17:50 First part of the workshop (finding common advocacy themes)
18:10 Second part of the workshop (sharing our practices)
18:40 short 10-minute break
18:50 Third part of the workshop (making common plans for a joint campaign/action)
